These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IPT ENGG / Enerpack website and your engagement of our products and services. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Orders

Prices, specifications and availability discussed via WhatsApp, phone, email or in person are estimates until confirmed in a written quotation or order. Final pricing depends on site survey, load requirements and configuration.

Installation & Warranty

Enerpack products are covered by the warranty terms described on our Warranty section — 2 years replacement plus 3 years service, 5 years total combined coverage — subject to correct installation, normal use and the conditions stated at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or events outside our control such as flooding or fire.

Payments

Payment terms (advance, milestone or full payment) will be agreed in writing before commencement of any installation or supply project.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
